Shipping and Returns Policy

Payments

If you place an order with us, you can pay via Ideal, Credit Card or Paypal. We use a secure payment system Mollie for this. Orders will only be shipped once the money has been credited to our account. In the case of using Klarna, the customer is responsible for paying the bill on time.

Shipping

At this time, orders are only shipped to the Netherlands and Belgium. Other countries will be added at a later date. All orders are shipped with PostNL. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.25 for letterbox packages and €6.95 for parcel post. Shipping to Belgium is from €5.90. All with tracking. All orders are packed with recycled material or paper/cardboard.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order. If a package is lost because the customer has not provided the correct information, the additional costs will be for the customer.

In addition, it is also the customer's responsibility to accept a package or to collect a package on time if it has been delivered to a service point. Any additional shipping costs will in all cases be charged to the customer.

When paying for your order, you may see the 'free shipping' option. This option is only for friends and family. For other costumers it is NOT possible to collect your order.

Delivery time

When you have placed an order with Paper Wildflowers, we will do our best to get the order to your home as quickly as possible. We try to ship orders within 3 working days. Please note: Paper Wildflowers is a one-man company and I also work as a nurse. So there may be an exception to the above.

Returns Policy

Of course, it could always happen that you are not completely happy with the products you ordered. You have the right to return your items up to 14 days after receiving your order. These items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Only the person who placed the order may request a return.

The costs of sending the return are for the customer. In addition, the customer is responsible for neatly packaging the return and ensuring that the package arrives safely. If the package is lost, please contact the chosen postal company. In this case, the purchase amount will not be refunded by Paper Wildflowers, but you can submit a claim to the chosen postal company.

Step 1. Contact Paper Wildflowers to register a return. Please include your name, order number and reason for return. You will then receive the return address from Paper Wildflowers.

Step 2. Pack the products carefully. Frank the return via PostNL and deliver the package to a PostNL service point.

Please note: the responsibility for return shipment lies with the customer. So please keep your tracking information safe until the return has been processed. Products that are returned must always arrive undamaged. Damaged products will not be returned and the purchase amount will not be refunded.

Paper Wildflowers has 14 days after registering the returned items to refund the full purchase amount (purchase and delivery costs), provided the items are returned in good condition.

The following products are not covered by the right of withdrawal: digital products on a non-material medium.
