When you use our services, we ask you to leave your details so that we can provide our services to you. These personal data are stored by Paper Wildflowers and only shared with third parties for the performance of our services.

Information we collect when you place an order is the following:
- Products you have viewed: we use this data to show you products that you have recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we use this information to calculate tax and shipping costs

When you place an order with us and purchase products from us, we ask you to provide us with information such as your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number and credit card/payment information. We use this information for the following purposes:
- to send you information about your order
- to respond to your requests such as complaints/refunds
- to process payments and prevent fraud
- comply with all legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
- to improve our store offering
- to send you marketing messages, if you have opted for this

We generally store information about you for as long as we need it for the purposes for which we collect and use it. We are legally required to keep these. For example, we keep order information for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. This information includes your name, email address and your billing and shipping address.

We will also save comments and reviews if you leave them.

If you place an order with us and use our services, we share your name and address information with PostNL. They use this data to carry out deliveries. PostNL only uses this information to carry out this delivery. They may share this data with a third party company that performs services for them.
